Dorset Deaf Children's Society

The DDCS in partnership with the Hearing Support Service, had a great weekend at Osmington Bay… beach walking, archery, giant swing, quad biking, climbing, aero-ball, team games, night trek and the zip-wire… nothing could stop us!  26 young people, aged 11 – 16, with 7 staff from DDCS and HSS dodged the showers to have fun making friends and trying new activities. 

 

The feedback from the children and parents has been fantastic and we would like to thank everyone who took part for their enthusiasm and sense of fun!  The screams, tears and laughs were all worth it and as one parent put it “My son had a wonderful weekend, thanks to all who helped”.
